This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and “SlideshowPlugin.com”. Purchase, installation or use of Slideshow Plugin for WordPress provided by slideshowplugin.com signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. WordPress Slideshow Plugin
Our plugin is licensed under the GNU general public license. When purchasing slideshowplugin single, multi or developer license you are paying for future updates and plugin support.
Making changes to our plugin
Upon purchase, you are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your purposes.
2. Payment and Delivery
All our payments are processed by E-Junkie. After your payment has successfully been received and processed, you will receive an email with download instructions. If you do not receive an email after 1 hour please contact us with your order ID and we will investigate it for you.
3. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any products offered by SlideshowPlugin.com, modified or unmodified. All products are a property of SlideshowPlugin.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
4. Plugin Support
We offer full free support to our customers. You must provide evidence in the form of an order ID when contacting us for support requests.
5. Plugin Updates
The plugin is consistently updated and designed to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress (currently 3.0.4) downloaded from WordPress.org, but we can give no guarantee that older versions of our plugin will run with future versions of WordPress. Updates and new versions for the plugin are distributed free of charge for any current plugin owner.
6. Refund Policy
Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods and full source code we do not issue refunds after a plugin purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding before making a purchase.
7. Warranty
We cannot guarantee that the Slideshow plugin will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the plugin as we can not guarantee that our plugin will work with all browser and plugin combinations.
